We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
Responsibilities- In this role, you will: Key DevOps and Cross Functional Engineer role responsible for delivering quality and performance efficient code components. This needs to be supported with requirement gathering, application design, development and testing through to production implementation, and support/maintenance in production subsequently.
- Ensure strong operating environment in collaboration with multiple stake holders and Third-party management teams.
- Provide key inputs on latest DevOps and Agile development methodologies, innovation and transformation, automations and have the ability to evolve, modify and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service's direction.
- Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change.
- Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team.
- Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered. Responsible for automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement
