We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP Change Management Consultant to join our esteemed team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth transitions during SAP implementations, upgrades, and other system changes.

Your expertise in change management methodologies and profound understanding of SAP functionalities will be essential to support our clients in embracing and maximizing the benefits of their SAP investments.

Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for SAP projects. Leverage your knowledge of industry best practices to guide stakeholders through organizational changes, ensuring successful adoption and acceptance of SAP solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, address concerns, and build a shared vision of the SAP-related changes. Foster open communication and cultivate a positive attitude towards change throughout the project lifecycle.

Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with SAP system changes. Develop mitigation plans and contingency measures to address any resistance to change and ensure a seamless transition.

Training and Development: Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver targeted SAP training programs for end-users. Create training materials and conduct engaging workshops to empower users with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize the SAP system.

Communication Planning: Develop clear and effective communication plans to disseminate project updates, milestones, and benefits to all relevant stakeholders. Ensure that communication is timely, consistent, and tailored to different audiences.

Change Adoption Monitoring: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of change initiatives. Continuously assess adoption rates and user feedback, and proactively address any concerns to optimize change acceptance.

SAP System Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of SAP system changes, including configurations, customizations, and enhancements. Ensure that documentation is accessible and updated regularly for reference and compliance purposes.

SAP Expertise: A minimum of (X) years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities. Familiarity with various SAP products, such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.

Change Management Experience: Proven experience in leading change management initiatives for SAP projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Demonstrated ability to manage resistance and drive user adoption.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in presenting complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential roadblocks and devise innovative solutions for successful change implementation.

Project Management: Solid project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor change management activities within tight timelines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Functions as Management Consultant:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their existing policies, processes, and procedures
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and gap assessments to identify areas of improvement
• Develop and implement customized policies, processes, and procedures aligned with clients' objectives and industry best practices
• Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements
• Streamline and standardize processes to optimize efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance operational performance
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on policy and procedure changes
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of policies, processes, and procedures to maintain relevancy and alignment with changing business needs
• Provide guidance and support to clients in the implementation and adoption of new policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the organization

Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and internal research to uncover insights and trends.
• Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable recommendations for our clients.

Proposal Development

• Craft detailed proposals based on research findings, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
• Engage with clients to refine proposals and align with their strategic goals.

Presentation & Reporting

• Design and create powerful PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate research findings and recommendations.
• Draft detailed reports on research outcomes and proposed solutions, primarily using Microsoft Word.

Flowchart & Process Mapping

• Create intuitive flowcharts to visualize processes, workflows, and systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to refine and optimize processes.

Public Speaking & Training

• Deliver presentations and training sessions to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Develop training materials and resources to support client understanding and adoption of recommended solutions.
• Engage with diverse audiences, adapting communication style and content to ensure understanding.

Client Engagement

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, facilitating discussions to drive strategic decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, research methodologies, and consulting best practices.
• Participate in internal training and development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a consulting role with a strong focus on research and proposal development.
• Prior experience in finance (FI) or related fields is a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is essential.
• Experience with flowchart software tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, etc.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Own Windows PC to work with, stable internet, be available for video calls with clients with a clear background and dressed formally, given it is a remote opportunity.

Your role will be to lead / independently work on data warehousing/BI projects engaging directly with customers.
You'll also be involved in mentoring a team of developers on best practices in information management.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science

Required Experience and Skills :

• At least 3 years of software industry experience with 1 year in information management domain
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one major RDBMS
• Strength in data warehousing concepts, techniques and patterns
• Knowledge of at least one ETL tool and one BI tool
• Practical experience of at least one project covering any BI / ETL tool
• Experience working with large data-sets
• Experience with Dimensional Data Modeling or some other logical modeling of data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; and delivering on tough deadlines
• Experience in client coordination
• Excellent verbal and written Communication
• Ability and willingness to travel on domestic and international assignments
