Role Overview
We are seeking a certified and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations . The ideal candidate will lead corporate workshops focused on enterprise resource planning, financial transformation, and supply chain optimization, while preparing learners for certification across core ERP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver official Microsoft training courses for MB-300 (Core), MB-310 (Finance), MB-320 (Manufacturing), and MB-330 (Supply Chain Management).
- Facilitate hands-on labs and scenario-driven workshops for finance, operations, and manufacturing teams.
- Customize training programs to align with industry-specific ERP workflows and compliance standards.
- Provide certification preparation including mock exams and practical exercises.
- Offer post-training support for ERP adoption, reporting, and ROI optimization.
- Align training delivery with enterprise transformation and modernization goals.
The Finance & Operations trainer will lead certification-focused training for MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, and MB-330, integrated with ITCs enterprise ERP enablement strategy:
- Pre-assessment diagnostics and learner readiness evaluations.
- Structured learning paths with Microsoft Learn content and ERP simulations.
- Practice exams and business process mapping exercises tailored to industry scenarios.
- Exam strategy workshops covering ERP-specific question formats and time management.
- Post-training support including mentoring and access to ERP learning communities.
MB-310: Emphasis on financial operations, budgeting, and compliance.
MB-320: Deep dive into production control, BOMs, and manufacturing execution.
MB-330: Covers inventory, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential with MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, and MB-330 certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, finance, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
- Proven track record of delivering Microsoft training and consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of business process design, ERP analytics, and operational workflows.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and technical levels.
- Willingness to travel for on-site training engagements.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- ACCA or CPA certification is a plus; enhances delivery of content related to financial operations, compliance, and business process optimization.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance, Manufacturing, and SCM modules.
