Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the payroll process and a range of other financial activities. Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed financial data entry, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Provide support in managing day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
Maintain well-organized and audit-ready financial documentation and records.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis, account reconciliations, and support budget monitoring activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely recording and processing of financial transactions in accordance with internal controls.
Contribute to process improvements, financial audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Take on additional finance-related and administrative duties as required to support the department’s goals.
Qualifications:
BBA / BS Accounting & Finance, ACCA Part Qualified.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Timings: 10:30am to 07:15pm (subject to change as per work requirement)
