$120,000 - $50,000 base, eligible for additional bonus(es)
Responsibilities
- Proactively work in conjunction with the production team to ensure efficient and effective client case handling
- Develop a strategy for achieving the client’s goals; craft unique, creative solutions in line with their core values
- Prioritize, monitor, and facilitate daily workflow for self and other members of the production team and support staff as it pertains to client case handling
- Monitor case dockets, calendar, events, and deadlines; ensure tracking of and adherence to deadlines and timely completion of time-sensitive tasks
- Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, conferences, and mediations in line with the firm's mission and the client's goals
- Mentor associates and paralegals, supporting them in developing enriched expertise and skills
- Timely review of client invoices to ensure accuracy as well as monitor case events; accurate asynchronous time recording
- Spread the word about our firm and our non-adversarial approach by engaging in networking opportunities and events
- Maintain professional development through CLE, seminars, and workshops
- Comply with all federal, state, county, and local laws and rules, legal standards, codes, regulations, and firm policies and procedures
