Required Personal Assistant to the Director.
Job Description:
Part 1 approximately 3-4 hours maximum
- Check emails read thoroughly and review, daily 2X and attend to all action required emails respond, forward, file and take action as explained
- 2 phone calls per day with update of emails and action required
- Take notes on each phone call to put in reminders and directions given.
- Look at sales emails and provide data for quotes and have a phone call and take directions
- Keep filing, if emails & follow up on older emails requiring action
- Manage appointment and meetings
- Manage travel arrangements as when necessary
- Follow Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
Part 2 approximately 4-5 hours
- Followup on quotes provided and update of status.
- Send mass or individual emails to directed clients
- Research prospects listings on Internet and directed sources and file into SAP accordingly
- Create a mailing list for prospects and follow up with template letters.
- Assign data to marketing agents as directed by director
- Keep their database properly filed.
Must be well versed in speaking and written English.
Qualification must be Graduate or Masters
