- Experience required: 3 years
- Education required:ACCA ACMA MBA
- End Date:15-01-2025
- Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions at the site
- Oversee daily activities of the accounts department and ensure monthly reporting in an effective and efficient manner
- Supervise inventory management, cash count and analyze stock position accordingly
- Execute monthly internal controls/audit plan at the site as per schedule (Inventory, Payroll, Final Settlements, Loans, Site Expenses etc.) and report significant variations to the Head office accordingly
- Evaluate and improve costing model and oversee contribution analysis as needed
- Evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures (SOPs) and ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure legal compliance of all accounting processes required at site
- Prior experience of working in home textile division is mandatory
- Detailed understanding of Oracle EBS in manufacturing setup
- Detailed knowledge of IFRS/tax laws
- A committed and reliable individual with excellent leadership and pressure handling skills

Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs.
