Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and execute project works to ensure timely completion within defined deadlines and capitalize project works in line with CAPEX fund allocation.
  • Manage end-to-end property tax processes including challan collection, approvals, fund arrangements, and payments.
  • Oversee timely collection and processing of utility bills to prevent surcharges or service disconnections.
  • Identify and report vacant or underutilized sites with detailed area and dimensions and drive the commercialization of PTCL properties to maximize revenue potential.
  • Execute repair and maintenance works, resolving end-user and portal complaints within allocated OPEX budget allocations.

Qualification:

  • Min. DAE Civil (4-years) required with preferable 5-7 years of experience.
