Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end closing in collaboration with the project teams to calculate the actual cost of production, cost of services, fixed overheads, depreciation and associated costs on a monthly basis Ensure accurate project-wise financial reporting Assist in managing budgets and implement budgetary controls to deliver the objectives Ensure that cost allocations for P&L and CAPEX are in line with agreed principles and policies Able to do core accounting and reconciliations Ensure accuracy of data entry in accounting and finance module of ERP system. We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Account Executive - Accounts Payable to join our finance team.

The role involves end-to-end management of the accounts payable cycle, including invoice validation, payment processing, accrual handling, and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills to work with internal departments and external banking partners, and be capable of handling company expense analysis and monthly closing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and process vendor invoices.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure all invoices are validated for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and compliance with company policies before processing.
• Record and monitor invoice accruals, ensuring accurate reflection of liabilities in financial records.
• Execute the bank payment process, including preparation of payment proposals, validation, and disbursement.
• Maintain regular coordination with banks for payment processing, issue resolution, and confirmations.
• Ensure payments are made within agreed payment terms to maintain positive supplier relationships and avoid penalties.
• Maintain and update the Accounts Payable Aging Report, ensuring it accurately reflects outstanding payables and payment schedules.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations, supporting schedules, and reports.
• Monitor, track, and analyze company operating expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and policy compliance.

Bachelor’s degree with professional finance knowledge, at least 3 years of finance management and operation experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities but are not limited to;

• Assist in preparing annual/monthly budgets, cost center-wise and machine-wise.
• Conduct cost analysis for spinning processes.
• Examine direct & indirect costs of production for cost control measures.
