Job Summary:
Serve as a strategic data partner to finance and business teams, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and dashboarding to deliver actionable insights, optimize ERP-driven reporting, and enable informed, data-backed decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of financial and operational data from multiple sources.
- Build automated dashboards and visualizations to monitor key financial and business metrics.
- Use statistical and machine learning models to forecast trends, detect anomalies, and support predictive decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business Intelligence teams to align financial reporting with business performance data.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve data architecture to support real-time and scalable reporting.
- Automate manual data processes through scripting and ETL workflows.
- Support budgeting, planning, and ad hoc financial analysis with data-backed insights.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or data science role (finance experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large databases.
- Solid understanding of data quality, integrity, and governance best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business terms.
