- Drive and grow the Emergency & Ventilation Equipment Business
- Establish sales channels and business development
- Product management including demonstration & technical support to users
- Drive sales enablement initiatives such as marketing and working with KOLs
- Work closely with medical devices distributors, dealers, projects & tenders
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide product demonstrations to customers
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent from a reputed institute
- Work experience of 3+ years in medical device sales, especially Ventilators, Defibrillators, and CPR Devices
- Good subject knowledge of relevant devices
- Good business network in a similar industry with both users & distribution network
- Understanding of government & private business
- Confident and able to perform under pressure
- Great understanding of the Pakistan medical industry & trends

Responsibilities:
- Update all inventory on a daily basis across the warehouse on ERP/Excel/Quick Book.
- Coordinate with warehouse managers for maintaining records of all inwards and outwards.
- Devise and implement SOPs.
- Be the link between Operations and accounting teams.
- Ensure accounting entries and bookkeeping of all transactions through the accounts team.
- Ensure timely dispatch and consolidation of all orders and optimize the use of delivery vehicles.
- Conduct weekly physical inventory of warehouses.
- Fill logs of inventory sheets.
- Reconcile physical and entered stock on a weekly basis, providing timely reports on any discrepancies.
- Ensure optimum storage conditions for all stock in the warehouse.
- Accurately calculate total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects.
- Obtain quotes for transportation and make cost comparisons.
- Strategy planning of warehouse, logistic operations, procurement, and inventory levels.
- Develop standard SOPs for warehouse operations.
- Conduct stock cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in management application ERP.
