- Oversee payroll coordination, employee records, HR audits, and HR metrics tracking.

- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on disciplinary actions, investigations, and labor law matters.

- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and grievance handling frameworks.
- Prior experience managing or supervising a recruitment function is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
