Translation Empire PK is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Learning & Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will drive the integration of instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning and engagement.

This position requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and project management, capable of leading our digital transformation in employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement the organization's digital learning strategy. Lead the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies.
  • Digital Learning Development: Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules. Work with internal subject matter experts to convert traditional training into digital formats.
  • Technology & Platform Management: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting.
  • Training & Support: Design and conduct training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools. Support staff with instructional design and digital content creation.
  • Assessment & Improvement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital learning programs. Analyze learner engagement and feedback to optimize outcomes and continuously improve content.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Certification (Preferred):
  • Certifications in instructional design, e-learning, or educational technology will be considered an asset.
Work mode:

Work from Office.

The incumbent will spearhead the development, design and execution of a comprehensive training programme for the 17,000+ school faculty and other education practitioners which caters to the varying needs of the staff across all formal schools (flagship as well as partnership schools) by drawing on research of best training practices and adapting them to TCF’s context. This includes determining modes and frequency of professional development at different centers (schools, area, region, head office); further differentiating support for teachers, school leaders, and field management teams. The incumbent will also develop mechanisms for training needs analysis, design corresponding content for training, and deliver the training / prepare trainers to deliver according to the scale of activity.

  • Develop/review the professional development strategy/roadmap for different cohorts of individuals based on: medium of delivery, subject expertise, tenure, performance, position and roll out of new programmes
  • Lead the design / re-design and provide relevant support to the execution TCF’s core training programmes: PRESET for newly appointed teachers and summer INSET of teachers.
  • Design, develop and lead quality language (English) training materials and resources to serve varying needs of the target population
  • Explore and design and execute various training delivery options (virtual, cascade, direct) which can be applicable to TCF’s school network
  • Explore the various possibilities and define technology’s role in delivering effective training and other professional development workshops to TCF faculty
  • Build capacity of team to become effective trainers and design thinkers
  • Oversee the development and execution of teacher competency assessments like Teacher Content Knowledge testing
  • Collaborate with relevant departments on design, execution, implementation and evaluation of training programmes
  • Provide support on other relevant projects within TCF as and when the need arises.
