You will be responsible to: assess learning needs of the orientees/ trainees during courses and traineeship. develop and conduct orientation programmes, training courses, basic skills training, in service education and sessions for the development of Nursing employees plan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and Institutional patient care objective evaluate the effectiveness of individual and groups learning ensure that educational programmes are congruent with the Organizational goals demonstrate sound theoretical and practical knowledge related to adult teaching learning process Requirements
You should have: a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school at least two years of experience as Registered Nurse/equivalent, preferably with some clinical teaching experience valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council certified BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/ Instructor) possess competencies to impart skills and knowledge to the audience in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes excellent decision making and problem-solving skills excellent interpersonal skills Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
