Shopify & Multi-Channel E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and expand our online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, Daraz, Etsy, and other marketplaces. You will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and managing store operations to drive sales growth while ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Store Setup & Platform Management
- Build and launch new Shopify stores from scratch, including theme customization, app integrations, and payment/shipping setups.
- Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, Daraz, Etsy, and other marketplaces to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all eCommerce platforms.
- Manage multi-channel inventory synchronization to prevent overselling.
- Order & Fulfillment Management
- Oversee end-to-end order processing across all platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Daraz, Etsy, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and logistics partners for smooth fulfillment.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
- Implement strategies to reduce cancellations and improve delivery times.
- Customer Service & Reputation Management
- Provide multi-channel customer support (email, chat, social media, marketplace messaging).
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain high ratings.
- Resolve disputes and escalations on Amazon Seller Central, Daraz Seller Panel, Etsy, etc.
- Sales & Marketing Optimization
- Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, descriptions) for higher conversions.
- Run promotions, discounts, and marketplace-specific campaigns (e.g., Amazon Lightning Deals, Daraz Flash Sales).
- Analyze sales data and adjust pricing strategies for Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams on paid ads, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Forecast demand and ensure stock availability across all platforms.
- Use inventory management tools (e.g., Sellbrite, TradeGecko) to sync stock levels.
- Minimize dead stock and storage costs through data-driven decisions.
- Compliance & Marketplace Policies
- Ensure compliance with Amazon Seller Policies, Daraz Seller Rules, Etsy Guidelines, etc.
- Stay updated on taxation, shipping rules, and platform-specific requirements.
- Handle account health metrics (e.g., Amazon ODR, Shopify chargeback rates).
Required:
- 3+ years of experience managing Shopify, Amazon, Daraz, Etsy, or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and launching stores on multiple marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel inventory management.
- Proficiency in listing optimization, SEO, and PPC for marketplaces.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with Shopify Liquid, Amazon Seller Central, Daraz Seller Hub, or Etsy Shop Manager.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, CedCommerce, Multi-channel listing tools).
