The primary role is to plan, organize, and facilitate activities for children to stimulate and nurture their physical, mental, and emotional development and provide structured and unstructured play opportunities and activities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
2. Early Childhood Education Diploma.
3. 01 to 02 Years of Relevant Experience.

Assistant Manager ECE assists the manager to ensure that early childhood education activities are implemented and completed on time and within budget, and that the ECE component objectives are met. The Assistant Manager ECE will oversee ECE-related activities, lead the district coordinator ECE, and assist the project manager/assistant project manager to ensure the desired results are achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the set objectives are met.

Strong mobilization, coordination, communication, team building, report writing, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Background knowledge of ECE in national and global contexts.
