Proposal writing and budgeting of new projects and its activities in accordance with the requirement. Provide technical, organizational and capacity building support in implementing project and regular monitoring & evaluation. Assist in liaising with donors and partners related to the early childhood development projects of ITA. Coordinate timely preparation and submission of quality narrative and financial reports. Ensure compliance of donor requirements and related rules & procedures. Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services. Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the Idara. Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedback.
Job SpecificationThe incumbent should have a Masters degree in social sciences and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the development sector; however a specialization in ECD/ECE would be preferred. Candidates with good written & spoken English, excellent interpersonal skills & knowledge of MS Office, flexibility to travel and ability to work in a diversified team environment are encouraged to apply.
