Provide technical, organizational and capacity building support in implementing project and regular monitoring & evaluation. Assist in liaising with donors and partners related to the early childhood development projects of ITA. Coordinate timely preparation and submission of quality narrative and financial reports. Ensure compliance of donor requirements and related rules & procedures. Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services. Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the Idara. Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedback.
Job SpecificationThe incumbent should have a Masters degree in social sciences and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the development sector; however a specialization in ECD/ECE would be preferred. Candidates with good written & spoken English, excellent interpersonal skills & knowledge of MS Office, flexibility to travel and ability to work in a diversified team environment are encouraged to apply.

- implement an individualized program of teaching with patients and family about the effects for delivering quality patient care and gain the confidence of patients and family
- provide high quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients
- monitor record and update patient’s vital/ daily exercise progress in patient’s medical record files
- make appropriate intervention for the delivery of safe care to all patients using knowledge of rehabilitation procedures and protocols
- compliance with the department policies and organizational quality standards i.e. ISO and JCIA
- coordinate a holistic approach to meeting patients medical, vocational, educational, and environmental needs
- act as a resource and a role model for nursing staff and students and participate in activities and professional organizations that promote the improvement of nursing care and the advancement of professional rehab nurse.
You should have:
- a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN degree or Diploma in Nursing
- six months of work experience will be preferred while Diploma holders should have at least three years of experience
- valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
- certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration and Intravenous Cannulation
- ability to assess, plan and manage patient care with expertise as per protocols
- willingness to work with shifts
- excellent interpersonal skills, including communication skills.
