Responsibilities:

1. Online Product Listing and publishing ads on Amazon and AliExpress.
2. Develop and manage product attributes to drive quality online listings.
3. Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals.
4. Manage E-Commerce platform store creation, ordering, and inventory.
5. Complete competitive research of how rivals in the industry are promoting goods and services on their digital platforms.
6. Enhance organic search results.
7. Manage ecommerce stores (Ali Express, Amazon).
8. Research new marketplaces to launch products and develop business globally.
9. Product hunting from warehouse.
10. Store promotions and platforms.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist with expertise in East Coast dropshipping and 3PL operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end-to-end management of our dropshipping and 3PL operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.

3. Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and backorders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
4. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
8. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management systems (OMS) is a plus.
9. Familiarity with shipping carriers, freight forwarding, and customs regulations is desirable.
