Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and extensive experience in building Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of best practices about the platform.
• Platform project development life cycle.
• Configuration, customization and designing of declarative/programmatic automations including debugging.
• Integrate platform with other systems using SOAP, Rest APIs and ESB.
• Knowledge of unit test/code coverage classes.
• Supporting, maintaining and documenting functionalities.
• Assists in testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to identify the business “technical needs” from specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, including Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Proficiency in integrating external marketing tools like HubSpot and ON24, and working with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, causes, and effects to drive meaningful solutions.

Xenel is looking for a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement business solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Power BI, and the Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth in D365 with hands-on expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE)

• Design and develop customizations, extensions, plugins, and integrations for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Customize forms, workflows, reports (SSRS), dashboards, and user interfaces.
• Manage data migration and integrations using Data Management Framework (DMF), Azure APIs, and third-party connectors.
• Deploy and manage solutions through LCS and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in development and production environments.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft standards, performance best practices, and security protocols.

Power Platform & Power BI

• Build scalable Power BI dashboards with data modeling (DAX, Power Query) and visual best practices.

• Maintain data accuracy, implement role-based access controls, and enforce data governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics AX or D365 F&O technical implementation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, ETL, and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in X+, C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, OData, SSRS, and APIs.
• Excellent understanding of D365 data and extension models, security roles, and environment management.

Role

We are looking for a Power Platform Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience to work closely with the CTO product team and D365 development teams. This role is primarily focused on supporting and enhancing the CTO2 application, a model-driven app with an embedded canvas app built on Power Platform and Data verse, which plays a key role in the client onboarding process. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business workflows, gathering requirements, and translating them into effective Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Data verse to support and enhance business applications.

• Translate business needs (especially related to client onboarding workflows) into scalable Power Platform solutions.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

• Configure and manage Data verse elements such as tables, forms, relationships, views, and security roles.

• Develop logic and automation using Power Automate, where applicable.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with Power Platform best practices in terms of performance, maintainability, and usability.

• Support solution testing, defect triaging, and coordination with QA teams and end users during UAT.

• Provide input on UI/UX considerations during app design and user journey planning.

• Participate in regular project or product sync-ups to report progress, highlight risks, and coordinate work.

Requirements:
