We’re hiring a part-time Salesperson / Business Development Representative with experience in healthcare or home care services to represent Home Automated Healthcare — a company that blends professional care services with smart medical technology to make home healthcare safer, more efficient, and cost-effective.
Our solutions are used by home care agencies, assisted living facilities, private nurses, and families caring for elderly or disabled loved ones. The right candidate will be comfortable engaging healthcare decision-makers, explaining our technology in clear terms, and booking demos for our service team.
What You’ll Sell:
You will be introducing and promoting a suite of innovative home healthcare devices and services , including:
- Automated Health Monitoring – Blood pressure cuffs, pulse oximeters, and other devices that automatically transmit readings (BP, heart rate, oxygen levels) to doctors, nurses, or family members in real time.
- Smart Medication Management – Pill dispensers with built-in reminders and alerts when doses are missed.
- Remote Check-Ins – Secure video calling platform for routine patient-provider consultations without in-person visits.
- Safety & Emergency Alerts – Fall detection devices, emergency alert buttons, and motion sensors with instant notifications to caregivers or emergency responders.
- Care Coordination Platform – Centralized HIPAA-compliant system for storing and sharing patient information with authorized healthcare providers and family members.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to home care agencies, private nurses, assisted living facilities, and family caregivers .
- Perform cold calls and outbound outreach to healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers, medical directors, administrators).
- Explain device functions, software capabilities, and service benefits in simple, value-focused terms .
- Book demos or in-person meetings for our service team to close deals.
- Keep accurate CRM records, track outreach, and follow up diligently.
- Meet monthly sales targets based on signed service contracts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years sales/business development experience in healthcare or home care services.
- Strong cold calling & outbound sales skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical products to non-technical healthcare decision-makers.
- Experience working with nurses, caregivers, administrators, or medical directors .
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets in service-based industries.
- Quiet, professional workspace for video calls.
- Very reliable high-speed internet connection .
- Must submit a short video introduction (name, background + speak on any topic for 2 minutes) with your application.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: 12 PM – 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Compensation: Fixed monthly salary plus commission based on sales targets.
- Part-time now, with potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

- Support a smooth transition of patients from active treatment into survivorship or end-of-life care.
- Provide psychosocial support and facilitate appropriate referrals for patients, families, and caregivers, especially during periods of high emotional stress and anxiety.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Home Health Team and outpatient/family members.
- Work closely with the research officer to maintain records of all newly diagnosed patients and their outcomes in terms of those treated here or referred elsewhere with reasons.
- Participate in coordination of the plan of care with the multidisciplinary team, promoting timely follow-up on treatment and supportive care recommendations.
- In collaboration with other members of the healthcare team, build partnerships with local agencies and groups that may assist with patient care, support, or educational needs.
- Ensure documentation of patient encounters and provided services.
- Manage and handle hotline services within specialty and maintain call logs for reference.
- Assess and develop teaching material based on need and best practices.
- Provide facilitation for nurses and staff working in home-based services for specialty-based training.
