Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital banking products from concept to launch. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UI/UX, Business, Operations, Risk & Compliance to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution. You will be responsible for translating user needs into actionable features, owning the product roadmap, and driving performance through data-driven decision-making.

About AM Digital Products - MMBL

  • Initiate, lead, and oversee the development of new digital products and services in collaboration with Engineering, Business, Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and other departments.
  • Define user stories with usability criteria. Prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Establish, monitor, and own key performance indicators to assess success rates, conversions, customer satisfaction, and process efficiencies.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify new feature development, enhance user experience, and optimize processes and operations.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to conduct user research, create personas, and refine user journeys.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and align product strategies with business goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in digital product management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Lahore at Techeezy. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Google Ads: Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Run targeted ad campaigns on Meta platforms, manage A/B testing, and monitor performance metrics.
  3. SEO: Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities, keyword research, technical audits, and ensure high SERP rankings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (especially Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO)
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • 3 to 4 years experience required
