We are now expanding our engineering team in Lahore and are looking for a talented and motivated Design and Estimation Engineer – MEP to support our regional and international projects.
Responsibilities- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
- Prepare design layouts, schematic drawings, and technical submittals for tender and project purposes
- Analyze and compare vendor quotations and material submittals to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather relevant data for costing
- Participate in value engineering, budget planning, and project scheduling support
- Assist in proposal preparation and technical documentation for tenders
- Provide post-tender clarifications and technical support to the sales and execution teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP design and estimation (experience with GCC projects is a plus)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and project estimation principles
- Good analytical and technical writing skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Must be based in Lahore or willing to relocate
