· Requirements engineering: Analysis of user requirements in terms of reporting and OLAP analysis
· Develop, enhance and operate a global Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) system, with a variety of different ERP source systems to be integrated
· Data modeling and development of data flows (ETL)
· Handling of support requests (tickets), support users, and provide Ad-hoc data extracts
Job Specification :Education and Experience:
· 5+ Years of Experience in an Enterprise Data Warehouse Environment, and development of BI solutions in a BI platform (Frontend: IBM Cognos BI suite) and/or ETL tools (Backend: Informatica PowerCenter)
· Solid Understanding of Data Warehouse Architecture and Data Modeling
· Awareness of best practices in Enterprise Data Warehousing
· Knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA ERP data model, using SAP ERP as a source system for the Data Warehouse; ideally also knowledge of JD Edwards or any other ERP-systems
Competencies:
· Very good SQL programming (preferred: Oracle PLSQL), and Data Warehouse modeling skills
· Informatica and/or Cognos BI suite
· Knowledge about SAP CDS-Views
· Database Operations with Oracle and HANA DB
· Fluent in English language

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Financial Reporting Specialist - Business Intelligence to join our Finance and Accounts team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Compile, analyze, and present monthly management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner to senior management.
- Highlight key financial metrics, operational performance, and variance analysis.
- Calculate and review WIP to determine the progress and profitability of ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary inputs and validate the financial treatment of WIP.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Prepare detailed monthly P&L forecasts to provide visibility into expected financial performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather budget assumptions and prepare the annual budget.
- Monitor variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards to visualize financial and operational data.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, dynamic, and tailored to the needs of different stakeholders.
- Continuously update data models and integrate new data sources as needed.
- Reconcile all bank accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly to maintain clean and reliable financial data.
- Perform data cleansing activities to improve data quality and consistency in financial systems.
- Analyze and report profitability at the product level to support strategic pricing and resource allocation.
- Ensure accurate allocation of revenues and costs to respective product categories.
- Present findings with insights on trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Provide analytical support and financial insights to aid business decisions.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- ACCA Qualified or CA Finalist with 2 + years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Power BI is an indispensable prerequisite.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Power BI is mandatory, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report automation.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliations.
