mid-level Cybersecurity Project Manager
to join our team. This hybrid role combines traditional PMO leadership with hands-on support for project deliverables, ideal for someone who can drive structure while also contributing directly to execution.

You will be responsible for organizing multidimensional project priorities, managing PMO dashboards, participating in all client meetings, and supporting the Global Delivery Team (GDT) in completing high-quality work across cybersecurity and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Leadership & Coordination

  • Organize and manage the prioritization of all client and internal deliverables
  • Lead daily / weekly SCRUM sessions to drive deliverables to completion
  • Build and maintain real-time PMO dashboards tracking project and task status
  • Ensure standardized formatting across all project tracking tools and best practice documentation

Client Meeting Participation

  • Document meeting outcomes and share concise summaries with relevant team member(s)
  • Coordinate meeting follow-ups to ensure momentum is maintained

Cybersecurity & Risk Delivery Support

  • Contribute to cybersecurity and technology risk deliverables (e.g., control assessments, policy documentation, risk registers)
  • Support GRC-related projects through structured analysis and reporting
  • Assist with documentation of cybersecurity practices, incidents, or mitigation tasks

Reporting & Visibility

  • Track task progress, project KPIs, and status metrics across multiple workstreams
  • Provide structured updates to leadership on risks, blockers, and delivery health
  • Help ensure cross-functional visibility and momentum across the GDT team

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Project Management
  • 2–5 years of experience in a project management, PMO, or delivery analyst role
  • Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM practices and team coordination
  • Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., MS Teams Boards, Excel, Jira, Trello, )
  • Proactive, assertive communicator who can work independently in a remote setting

About the job:

The RME is responsible for developing global risk management strategies to optimize benefit-risk profile, for submission dossiers or marketed products with emerging safety risk(s), in coordination with relevant functions, developing corresponding RMP document.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Management Analyst located in the Karachi Division. The Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with the bank's operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, preparing risk reports, collaborating with different departments to implement risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Risk Analysis capabilities
  • Finance knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency in Statistics
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus
