Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a digital marketing environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
