What You'll Be Doing:
• Act as a liaison between the company and its customers.
• Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
• Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
• Provide support on CX operations and cross-functional coordination within the company.

What you ideally bring with you:
• Very good oral and written communication skills, being friendly and empathetic.

• Comfortable answering questions about our products or placing an order.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of customer care policies and best practices.
