ACCA / MBA (Finance) / ICMA / M.Com / B.Com

Responsibilities
  1. Ongoing reporting of accounts receivable and long outstanding debtors.
  2. Maintaining account receivable database and preparation of receivables and collection report.
  3. Compile monthly report of long outstanding balances and open balances of customers.
  4. Dealing with internal queries about payments.
  5. Coordination & supervision of recovery team.
  6. Regular client visits and coordination to resolve queries and for collection of outstanding receivables.
  7. Coordination with HO Credit / Accounts / Finance for timely resolution of credit-related issues & boost recoveries.
  8. Review of daily To Do List of all credit officers & make necessary changes accordingly checking on daily closing.
  9. Negotiating repayment plans.
  10. Ensure credit officers' presence at client.
  11. Receivables meeting (Agenda, Working & Results).
  12. Task Force (Agenda, Working & Results).
Job Specification
  1. Should have good knowledge and hands-on working experience of Quick-Book Software.
  2. Should have 5 - 7 years’ experience in the field of Credit Control Department / Recoveries and Client Management.
  3. Knowledge of basic / advanced accounting and financial matters.
  4. Proficient in using MS-Office.

Assist Head of Risk Management in overall implementation of Enterprise Risk Management framework

Identification of key risk areas, key risks involved therein, mapping of these with internal controls and identification of gaps. Preparation & maintenance of Risk Inventory Register in line with Risk Appetite.

Ensure compliance with Risk Management Policies & Procedures. Assist Head of Risk Management in developing various risk assessment and risk monitoring tools. Liaison and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders including Compliance, IT, Business, Operations, etc. to monitor effective implementation of risk management framework and identify areas of improvement. Conduct periodic risk reviews to assess compliance with risk management framework. Assist Head of Risk Management in developing Risk management dashboards and MIS for management review. Keep abreast of latest developments in the field of risk management and suggest market best practices for management review and adoption in the risk management framework.

Requirement:

Age Limit: 25 to 35

Gender: Male

Experience: Have specific working experience of at least 2 years in Risk Management function (preferably in a bank or Fintech company) and overall experience of at least 3-4 years.
