Role Overview
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end loan processing cycle. From gathering and validating client documents to assessing borrowing capacity and preparing loan submissions, your work will directly support our mission to provide ethical and accessible home financing. You will report to the Operations Head and ensure that all processes align with both regulatory standards and Islamic finance principles.
Key Responsibilities
Collect financial and personal data from clients for home loan applications
Verify documents such as income statements, credit reports, and financial records
Check lender credit policies and ensure Shariah compliance
Prepare complete loan applications for submission to lenders
Liaise with lenders to address queries and expedite approvals
Ensure compliance with both regulatory and Shariah guidelines
Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Islamic Finance certifications a plus)
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid analytical and communication skills (written and verbal English)
Proficient in Excel, financial tools, and document management systems
Salary & Benefits
Starting at PKR 45,000 during 3-month probation, increasing to PKR 90,000 post-probation (negotiable based on experience)

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all facets of banking operations, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and regulatory guidelines to evaluate risk exposure and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to assess borrower’s cash flows, repayment capacity, funding requirements, and identify key business drivers and weaknesses.
- Ensure credit proposals fit with business strategy while adhering to regulatory and in-house policy framework.
- Conduct constant monitoring of credit portfolio to maintain/enhance quality and mitigate associated risks involved.
- Implement an Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS) framework, ensuring compliance with national environmental and social regulations.
