- Plan and coordinate orientation and training programs for nursing staff.
- Create proposals for additional training programs.
- Conduct bedside teaching sessions.
- Conduct random clinical rounds to evaluate staff performance and instructional methodologies. Share reports with Section Heads, Chief Nursing Officer, and Controller Nursing Administration.
- Collaborates with supervisors and unit heads to identify in-service program needs.
- Manages the NES as part of Continuous Quality Improvement.
- Participates in quality efforts such as Nursing Quality Assurance, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Infection Control.
- B.Sc. Nursing with at least 4 to 5 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience in Nursing.
- Should have experience in conducting and organizing Nursing Education training sessions and should be well-versed in clinical audits and reporting.
- Must have valid PNC registration.
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Candidates having specialization in ICU and ER and/or certified for BLS, ACLS, and ECG will be preferred.
