JOB DESCRIPTION:Candidate shall be required to deal in all Legal, Corporate Affairs & Company Secretarial works and to manage the related departmental work of the Karachi office.

- Formation of companies and all other legal forms of entities.
- Filing of statutory returns.
- Drafting of agreements, trust deeds, and any other documents related to corporate compliance.
- Preparing and filing of minutes of the statutory meetings.
- Responsible for compliance and advisory services covering corporate and secretarial services.
- Dealing with any other matter related to assigned Services.
- Ensuring compliance with respect to all laws relating to corporate entities including the foreign exchange manual of the State Bank of Pakistan.
