Job Summary

Supporting the Head Corporate Investment Banking Pakistanto manage and co-ordinate the execution of operational deliverables of the business

Key Responsibilities

• Apply and obtain visas from Embassies and Consulates in Pakistan for Corporate Investment Banking (CIB)staff members for their business travel
• Arrange processing of attestation of employee qualifications as required by the immigration / country law
• Maintain confidentiality and security of the company and employee documents at all times
• Raise e-procurement requests as per the Team’s requirements. (Client Coverage CIB)
• Coordinate with the Finance department on the processing of the payments raised on e-procurement.
• Ensure maintenance & adequate supply of stationery for the Team.
• Raise Service Request Management (SRM) requests as per user’s request in consultation with the Line Manager and the IT Team
• Raise Onboarding,offboarding checklist requests for new joiner, mover and leaver. (Coverage CIB).
• To provide strong support to the CIB Coverage Team – Pakistan, functioning of business on day-to-day basis providing reliable administrative support.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the monthly forecasting & annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities
  • Develop thorough understanding of the business operational functions and key revenue and cost drivers.

  • Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting and presenting to Senior Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, as well as strategic perspective.
  • Team player.
  • SAP and Hyperion systems knowledge, along with advanced Excel skills.
