Responsibilities:

  1. Daily order process and sent to factory.
  2. Daily call/WhatsApp received from Field Force/Distributor and provide information regarding distributor orders, accounts, and performance; resolve distributor issues for dispatch.
  3. Daily maintain an Excel sheet of shortage brands.
  4. Field Force handling and resolving field force problems.

  10. Maintain brand-wise competitor price vs KSD as per Marketing Manager's requirements.
  11. Daily update fund position in our program and check received statements through email from HBL and MCB.

Position Overview

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing customer invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining account reconciliation. This role ensures timely and precise billing through various platforms, supports credit and sales teams, and promotes electronic invoicing to streamline operations.

What You’ll Do As The Billing Coordinator

  • Process all pertinent individual customer invoices each day with 100% accuracy.
  • Resolve and respond to all “rejected” invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and reconcile specific accounts to insure all invoices have been billed and will be paid as agreed.
  • Accurately prepare daily, weekly, or monthly spreadsheet billings
  • Process all other forms of billings as needed (paper, electronic, manual)
  • Provide daily support for entire Department
  • Maintain and act upon issues sent to the Credit email boxes. This includes written and verbal communication with customers, Credit, and our Sales Teamswa.
  • Entice all customers to move to some sort of electronic billing (EDI, E-invoicing, etc.) to reduce costs and prevent “lost” invoices
  • Daily processing of invoices on individual accounts. Need to research and resolve problem issues by understanding their systems, requirements and by corresponding with the customer and Sales Department.
  • Reconciling and Maintaining of Specific Customer accounts:
    • Daily emails to specific end users and their manager.
    • Resolve problem issues and re-bill as needed. Process credit adjustments as required. Apply credits and payments as needed.
  • Process daily emails into the Tax-Exempt Credit email box as needed. Understand how the taxing works in each state. Modify orders as needed. Follow up with Sales and Tax Manager as needed
Education/Certification

What you will bring to the team:

ACCA/MBA/BBA in Finance & Accounting or any other related field

Required Experience

  • Credit/Collection experience with an emphasis on electronic billing.
  • Computer proficiency required, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to develop a positive working relationship with customers and other departments.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on email etiquette.
  • Organizational and follow up skills are a must. Ability to multi task as needed and to think outside the box. Attention to detail and being able to recognize issues before they happen (reading between the lines)
  • Ability to be accurate while obtaining daily goals.

The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance within the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new staff.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for future requirements.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Oversee daily attendance tracking and leave records through ERP systems.

HR Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Support in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Audit Coordination & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, contracts, and personnel files for internal and external audits.

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and timely submission of compliance reports.

Contracts & Consultant Management

  • Draft, review, and manage employee contracts, consultant contracts, and Services Providers agreements.
  • Monitor contract terms, renewals, and compliance.
  • Liaise with consultants to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliverables.

ERP Implementation & HR Systems

  • Support execution and administration of ERP systems.
  • Train staff on HR modules and ensure data accuracy.
  • Regularly update employee records, leave data, and performance reports in the system.

General HR Support

  • Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and coordinating projects across diverse domains, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and seamless communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are aligned on objectives and deadlines.

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.

Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Job Specification
