What's the work like?

We regularly reach out to them via emails, calls, support guides, blogs, newsletters, and forums. You will work US hours in a rotation, with the option to work late hours from home. You will play a central role in this evolving space by:

Key Activities

Your typical day will include:

• Onboarding: Working closely with new customers to identify their needs and map them to our product

• Account Escalations: Responding to alerts, red flags, health issues, and queries

• Renewals: Following up on current-month renewals to prevent surprises

• Upsell Campaigns: Driving portfolio growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades

• Periodic health checks: Regularly assessing account health to ensure customer satisfaction

• Advocacy: Managing relationships, driving feature requests, obtaining case studies, and referrals

• Research: Gaining expertise in industry verticals, best practices, and competitors

• Sales: Engaging prospective clients for product demos, evaluations, and workflow mapping
