- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Qualifications:

- Experience in project management, process improvement, and budget management is essential; Certification in Project Management would be a definite asset.
- Extensive knowledge of infrastructure development and practical knowledge of project management.
- Techniques for handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances/conflicts, as well as negotiating with consultants.
- Excellent knowledge of all planning tools as well as Mechanical, Electrical & Control fields.
- Supervisory skills and team leadership qualities to independently lead a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to independently make decisions for operational activities, subject to policies and procedures.
- Conduct ongoing risk analysis, identifying risks involved and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to deliver effectively under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams both in a team setting and independently.
