Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
Strong understanding of FIDIC or other international contract conditions.
Knowledge:
Expertise in cost control, scheduling, quality management, and safety standards.
Comprehensive understanding of construction methods and resource planning.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Other: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and travel to remote project sites as needed.

The position is responsible for the planning and execution of Infrastructure Construction initiatives, high-pressure gas pipeline facilities, for the transmission and distribution functions. This entails all aspects of Project Management whilst ensuring strict adherence to Company SOPs and follow best practices established by international codes. Any additional Infrastructure construction that has been bid for revenue generation purposes by SSGC.
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth planning and implementation of new developments and enhancement of the existing pipeline structure of the company.
- Project Construction Planning to include Manpower requirements, Machine/Equipment requirements, timeline development along with cost and budgetary allocations i.e. all aspects of Project Management including progress monitoring.
- Elicit Management Approvals prior work.
- Maintain active supply chain controls with Khadeji being the base camp, feeding the on-site camps.
- Ensuring proper cash flow and expense monitoring throughout each project.
- Necessitate compliance to Company SOPs and best practices as guided by international codes, where relevant.

- Ensure provision of tools of business and safety gear for HSE policies to be complied with.
