We’re a fast-growing e-commerce group behind multiple specialty brands in automotive, outdoor and hobby gear, pop-culture collectibles, and premium apparel USA market. We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our headquarters in Bahria Town, Lahore. You’ll own the full digital funnel—paid media, SEO, email and retention—driving revenue and brand growth across all channels. This is a strictly on-site position; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our headquarters in Bahria Town, Lahore. You’ll own the full digital funnel—paid media, SEO, email and retention—driving revenue and brand growth across all channels. This is a strictly on-site position; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
- Paid Media Leadership – Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, P-Max) and Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
- SEO & Content Strategy – Build data-backed keyword roadmaps, brief writers, and coordinate on-page/technical SEO fixes that push us up the SERPs.
- Email & Lifecycle Marketing – Own email marketing tools like Klaviyo/Omnisend flows, promos, and A/B testing to maximize open-rates, CTR and repeat purchase.
- Analytics & Reporting – Set up GA4, Looker Studio dashboards, and weekly executive reports translating data into actionable insights.
- Budget & Team Management – Allocate monthly budgets, brief designers/copywriters, and liaise with product teams to launch campaigns on time.
- Continuous Growth Experiments – Stay on top of platform changes, run rapid-fire tests (creative, audiences, funnels), and present learnings to leadership.
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience managing Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO programs, and email automation—in-house or agency.
- Proven track record hitting performance KPIs on large budgets.
- Solid grasp of attribution, conversion tracking, and e-commerce funnels.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing; MBA/MS-Marketing strongly preferred .
- Sharp analytical skills (GA4, Google Sheets/Excel); comfortable making data-led decisions.
- Excellent written & verbal English; copy that sells is your second language.
- Able to commute daily to our Bahria Town, Lahore office.
- Experience scaling DTC brands in the US market.
- Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.

Must-Have Qualifications
