We need skilled professionals who can ensure seamless connectivity, troubleshoot critical issues, and keep our network running 24/7.
Job Specification :Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain network health (IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.)
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 routing issues across core/edge devices
• Proactively respond to alarms and customer-impacting incidents
• Manage FTTH, BRAS (MikroTik, Huawei, Juniper), switches (Cisco, Huawei), and firewall events
• Coordinate with upstream providers during outages
• Generate daily performance reports and maintain SLAs
Requirements:
• Strong command over MikroTik, Cisco, and Huawei OLTs
• Familiarity with tools like Cacti, LibreNMS, or PRTG Nameserver, Webapps
