  • driving institution-owned vehicles for assignments including picking up staff or taking them off campus, delivering parcels, etc. as per shift duties assigned in the duty roster
  • responsible for general cleaning and routine maintenance of all the assigned vehicles
  • conducting minor repairs if required and report immediately to the relevant supervisor immediately
  • ensuring strict compliance of the uniform/dress code by keeping the uniform clean and tidy
  • performing duties for VIPs/Staff & Others at the time of Convocation/Other functions and BOT duties as per instructions
  • assisting in handling transport arrangements during events, functions, city disturbances, emergencies, etc

Minimum of two (2) years of professional truck or heavy vehicle driving experience is required. Additionally, one (1) year of experience in manual labor or warehouse work is required. Education:

Completion of primary school (5 years of education) is required. Job Knowledge:

The incumbent should have knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and security standards. Knowledge of maintenance and efficient usage of warehouse storage space, conducting inventory, and stacking items/equipment is required. Familiarity with local traffic laws, regulations, and in-country travel routes is also necessary. Language:

Limited knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking in English is required; good working knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking in Urdu is also required. English language skills may be tested. Skills and Abilities:

The incumbent should be able to perform physical work such as loading and unloading, handle heavy objects smoothly, and lift up to 50 lbs.
