**The** ** ** **Role:** You will support the front-line growth engine by identifying business development opportunities, creating outreach strategy and assessing how our products can add value to the workflow of prospects.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work through assigned Market Intelligence accounts by segment to research and qualify potential prospects.
+ Identify the right group/users within an organization and engage them in a conversation about our different products
+ Identify new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
+ Develop an outreach strategy to drive appoints between prospects and Sales Representatives
+ Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
+ Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
+ Research new logo accounts to support Sales Representatives in engaging with prospects in the buying process.

**Required Skills:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 1-3 years telemarketing and/or telephonic customer service experience.

+ You have a proven track record of achieving targets, daily/weekly/monthly activity goals, research, and pipeline development goals
+ A proven track record of strong client relationships
+ Excellent client service skills
+ Goal and action orientated, with ability to work under the pressure of targets in a business development environment
