Responsibilities- Assist with facility maintenance and repair oversight
- Manage tenant relations and collections
- Oversee project management and daily building operations
- Maintain files and conduct routine inspections
- Follow up on maintenance programs and issue work orders
- Review vendor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Report property status to owners
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Accurate record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
- Understanding of financial reports and CAM reconciliation
- Knowledge of regulatory and risk management
- Reliable transportation and willingness to visit properties across Tampa Bay
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and vendor relations
Preferred experience includes at least one year in property management or two of the following:
- Collections
- Building mechanical or construction trades
- Commercial insurance
- Building and zoning codes
$25 - $0 hourly

- Observe import & export policies and laws and ensure compliance.
- Maintain an updated list of product pricing from all Principals.
- Maintain Purchase/Import Register.
- Track import consignments and coordinate shipping with freight forwarding agents for clearance, keeping a record of the process.
- Deal with quotes from freight forwarding agents and handle claims with insurance.
- Manage the complete export process and coordinate with Principal and freight forwarding agents accordingly, keeping a record of the process.
- Look after repairing cases that need to be exported to the Principal.
