Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist - Cold Calling (Night Shift) located in Karachi Division. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks also include logging call information, updating customer records, and troubleshooting basic technical issues. The representative will work closely with the customer service team to meet service quality and efficiency standards.
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of experience
- Experience as a Customer Service Representative and with Customer Support
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and possess strong Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Customer Service or a related field are a plus
