About the Role:
As a CMS Web Developer at Hybrid Mediaworks, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites using various CMS platforms. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Education & Qualification:

· Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
· Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:

• WordPress: 3+ years (Preferred)
• Shopify: 2 Years
• WebFlow + Wix: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and other CMS platforms.
• Customize themes and templates to meet specific client requirements.
• Develop and integrate plugins, apps, and custom functionalities as needed.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to bring project concepts to life.
• Conduct website performance tests, troubleshoot, and optimize websites for speed, SEO, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CMS development and web technologies.

• Must be able to develop custom WordPress templates using HTML, CSS, and various page builders.
• Should have experience with the Shopify PageFly builder and be capable of creating custom sections using JSON.
• Must have extensive experience with Shopify subscription-based apps.
• Convert PSD, Figma, or Adobe XD designs into functional, visually appealing CMS websites.
• Experience working with CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices.
