Hey Everyone,
We have recently set up our Office in Lahore and we are looking for a couple of skilled and knowledgeable Senior Accountants that would like to join our accounting practice to work with UK clients. We work with a broad spectrum of clients in different industries (Agency owners, Consultants, Ecommerce sellers, Landlords, CIS Companies, etc.)
Our practice structure is client based instead of department based. We believe that it is better for members of the team as they got to learn different skills and different aspects of accounting practice and it is also better for business as each member of the team becomes more valuable asset to the business (win/win)
We build teams of 7-8 people and each team is looking after a dedicated client base and will provide all clients with all required services (bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, CIS, SATR, Stat Accounts and Companies House updates and changes) As a senior you should be confident in most of these tasks as part of your responsibility would be to train other members of the team.
The Senior
We have a simple definition for senior accountants in our business and that is - Senior Accountant is someone who can complete their work without anyone needing to review their job.
When Senior completed the task they know what they do, they always double check themselves and prepare the notes alongside their work.
Growth
Senior accountants have opportunity to grow alongside the business that is expanding. The first step is to become a Head Accountant (who is in charge of team of 8 people and clients portfolio) and the next step is to become a Portfolio Manager.
Our Office
We have office in Johar Town, Lahore (Near Emporium Mall). We are very particular about our environment. We embrace minimalistic design with cordless keyboards and mouses. Each work station is equipped with 2 screens for efficient operations.
Our Team
We are currently a small team of only 8 people, but our goal is to grow 50 strong by end of 2025. We are particularly careful about bringing new people on board as we are still building a core team and people that we have with spread the ethics and attitudes to the rest of the members.
