Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across assigned pharmacy locations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Lead, coach, and support store managers and pharmacy staff to meet sales targets, operational goals, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, operational budgets, inventory levels, and staffing requirements.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all stores.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., health and safety, controlled substances).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA or PharmD preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations management, preferably in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, healthcare regulations, and pharmacy compliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
