Position: Project Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in managing housing and building projects

Education: BE in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion

Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors

Maintain high-quality standards in all phases of construction

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Proven track record of managing housing and building projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficient in project management tools and techniques

Civil Engineering/Architecture or relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities:
1) Monitoring and supervision of the project's day-to-day activities.
2) Monitoring and supervision of Consultant's performance. Ensure timely issuance of information.
3) Monitoring & supervision of Contractor's performance in compliance with quality requirements, project schedule, and contractual specifications.
4) Assist with the liaison of the required regulatory/services providers for approvals.

Qualifications:
1) Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
2) Minimum 8 years working experience in a similar capacity. Experience in property development is an added advantage.
3) Computer literate, particularly in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
4) Good command of documentation, able to work as a team player, and strong project management skills.
5) Candidate must be broad-minded and adaptable.

B. E. (Civil Engineering) with MBA marketing from a recognized local or foreign institution. Minimum 5 years experience of marketing for leasing/sale of shopping malls in mega projects to national and international renowned brands, experience of 5 years in civil projects management for multi-story buildings specially in five star hotels construction.
