Core Responsibilities:
As the Campaign Manager, you will be the central hub for all our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for taking a strategic idea and turning it into a successful, multi-channel campaign. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage all promotional campaigns from start to finish, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Design, E-commerce, and Advertising teams to ensure all campaign assets (graphics, listings, ads) are created on time and are aligned with the campaign's goals.
Project Management: Develop and manage a detailed promotional calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and all stakeholders are informed of their responsibilities.
Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to monitor the performance of live campaigns, tracking key metrics like ROI, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
Reporting: Prepare post-campaign analysis reports, highlighting key successes, challenges, and learnings to inform future marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of managing successful e-commerce campaigns.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or campaign management role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with a positive ROI.
