Summary of Job Profile:

The Senior Network Engineer will work full-time across Pakistan to support the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure that supports current needs and future expansion. This includes integrating CISCO, Juniper, and other products from Arwen’s portfolio for Arwen’s clients across Pakistan.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in deployments across Pakistan.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Handle JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.
• Create Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Cisco and Juniper products using respective configuration tools.
• Work with enterprise architecture teams to implement network configurations, including subnetting, VLANs, VOIP, VPN tunneling, and wireless LANs at various locations.
• Design, integrate, optimize, and migrate networks.
• Provide engineering support for troubleshooting.
• Resolve connectivity issues, outages, or performance problems.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer satisfaction issues related to network integration.
• Maintain network security and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s):

• Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols and switching technologies.
• Advanced knowledge in network design, architecture, protocols, and topology.
• Ability to work with end users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience.
• Certifications: JNCIA-JUNOS, JNCIS, JNCIP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.

As a Systems Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide continuous support and enhancement for essential IT systems and their underlying infrastructure in an environment primarily reliant on Sage ERP. Your role will be centered around driving technological innovation and advancement within the organization. You will deliver initial and secondary support to approximately 200 users across multiple legal entities, addressing IT incidents through the help desk. Additionally, you may collaborate with project teams as needed, leveraging your technical expertise to aid in project planning, execution, and testing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage system updates, coordinate testing and production readiness of the data that supports creation and maintenance of batch records.
• Deliver continuous support to our users in an environment based on Sage ERP, Payroll, Upflow, Certify, Salesforce, and various other systems.
• Work with internal teams to assess maintenance updates and upgrades to the systems and participate in all testing and release to production of these changes to the platform.
• Responsible for system management and delivery to assess new system capabilities.
• Create, release and modify reporting suite through Crystal and Business Intelligence.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree with a Computer Science background is preferred.
  
• Sage Certification/ Microsoft Certification would be a plus.
  
• 5 + years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Experience of development/integration of ERP systems and customized applications.
• SQL Server, Query Writing, In-depth knowledge of Python and .Net development.
• Microsoft Development Platform and Crystal Reports.
  
• Programming VBA macros.
• In depth knowledge of ERP and other systems, preferred experience within a Sage based environment.
  
• Strong Organizational and time management skills.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
