Key Responsibilities:
Report Automation & Dashboarding:
Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational finance needs. These may cover P&L performance, accounts receivable, vendor payouts, commission tracking, and business unit visibility, among others.
Data Reconciliation & Accuracy:
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across internal systems and external platforms. This includes order-level reconciliations, subscription services, wallet balances, and financial projections.
Process Improvement Projects:
Identify opportunities to optimize manual processes and lead automation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Data, Treasury, Tax, Marketing, and Fraud.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with departments including O2C, R2R, Fintech, Spaces, Commercial, and Marketing to support their data needs, enabling real-time decision making through robust BI solutions.
Financial Visibility & Strategic Insights:
Support senior leadership with C-level dashboards and executive summaries by consolidating multi-source data into actionable insights.
Ad-Hoc Analysis & POCs:
Respond to evolving business needs through one-time analyses, proof-of-concept reports, and special projects tied to growth, compliance, or financial strategy.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or FP&A roles.
Strong command of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience working with financial systems such as SAP is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics)
Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, or similar certifications is preferred
