This role will spearhead B2B sales for public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions, build and mentor a high-performance sales team, and develop region-specific strategies aligned with national objectives. The position requires managing key client relationships across government, enterprise, SME, and startup segments, ensuring operational excellence, and innovating service offerings to meet evolving market needs.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for P&L of Cloud Computing Business Portfolio for the region.
  • Own Revenue, EBITDA, and PAT targets.
  • Lead B2B sales effort of Cloud Computing business and allied products/services (including but not limited to Public, Private, Hybrid and Multi-Cloud) in the region.
  • Build and lead a high-performance, target-driven regional sales team.
  • Develop and execute the cloud computing business strategy for the region, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Own and execute the regional Cloud Computing GTM plan.
  • Responsible for relationships and account management of high-value clients (Government, Enterprise, SME, Startups etc.) in the region.
  • Innovate and evolve service offerings as per the regional market dynamics.
  • Ensure operational excellence in cloud delivery, with focus on scalability, security, and compliance.

Job Specifications

  • Around 7+ years of Cloud Computing Sales experience with 3+ years of leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in cloud sales and team management.
  • Expertise in public, private, hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the regional markets.
  • Knowledge of local and global enterprises and public sector cloud adoption trends.
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ICT/Telecom/Business would be a plus.
  • Excellent client-facing, solution-selling and leadership skills.
