POSITION SUMMARY
Enable the company to make effective business decisions based on Secondary sales data, through implementing, sustaining and improving Sales Automation initiatives and projects. This role includes but limited to:
Drive Analytics in the Sales Function while accommodating all functions and businesses.
Develop automated reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs).
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Provide sales teams with the right tools, resources, and information to improve efficiency.
Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into sales performance and suggest areas and methods of improving operations.
Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights that inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
Work with other teams to troubleshoot and optimize systems for better performance.
Providing support to ensure teams understand and fully utilize available resources.
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing optimal processes and procedures for end users.
Meet Adhoc reporting requirements of all stakeholders by using SQL Reporting Services and Powder BI.
Regularly assess automation processes and identify areas for improvement.
Work on different web portals, support in data integration, data transformation and conversion into information.
Maintain and review the health checks to ensure that DMS is being used in its true spirit and accurate sales and numeric reports can be generated by the system.
Using various Reporting and BI Tools for data interpretation and factual decision making.
Ensure Continuous Improvement through new initiatives in Sales Automation.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering discipline
Application Support or Development experience including Complementary Applications and application testing
Must possess knowledge of Sales and Distribution operations.
Hands on experience of Dashboard designing in Power BI
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience of Database management/Writing Queries - (Intermediate Level)
Project management experience (preferable)
